I like it a lot, an improvement over my prior GPS. I don't have to keep programming the name of the city. The letters are like on a typewriter which is also an improvement.

With lifetime map updates it's a no brainier! This model is great if you don't need live traffic which is another model up (around another 50-80$ more) excellent size, crisp easy voice to understand. Also user interface is extermely easy to use. One downside is while during a recent trip GPS was off about 20-30ft. Although won't blame the unit it's just the way Texas on/off ramps were designed. Didn't have any problems on two other trips (California and Mississippi) great size , large and easy to see.

Very hard to find a GPS anymore IN THE STORE. Sure, you can order one, but you can't try it out before you buy. Pretty new, not many reviews for this one but Garmin is a top name and I wasn't disappointed. Great buy. Don't waste the money on the life time traffic updates if you won't travel where it works. The bad points? Finding a mount that fits and looks good in your car. Window mounts are ugly and vent mounts get the GPS hot or cold. Spent about $60 finding mounts that fit my Accord, Civic and F150, putting the GPS near the shift lever, out of the way and easily accessed.

This is a great GPS. It is easy to use and I love the big screen and all the indicators for what is around you in terms of gas stations, restaurants, etc.

I got this for my husband to replace his that was 12 years old and he loves it. It is easy to set up and use. Being able to customize the information you see on the screen makes it a great for trips.

The sound and display are excellent. The gps is very easy to work! well worth the money

Enjoy the split screen feature when driving new highways. The screen maps are clear and easy to read. Like the clean lines. Like the format for entering the street address but wish entering the towns was easier and didn't have to go through a list of states with that town to pick from. Don't like how the options to search by intersection is set up to narrow by town either.

Highly recommended GPS. Easy to use, clear large screen. Good price and value for your money. I would recommend this to anyone even if you are not tech savvy. Holds very well to window.

This is our first GPS and so we can't complain. It does it's job and is simple to use. I like the screen size and easy navigation. Love the options for gas and restaurants near by. I am so dependent on this GPS and happy with the purchase. I can't say the maps and street names are the most up to date information, which is why I gave 4 stars. Though we've updated our software, there are a couple streets that we were unable to find or search. Overall, it's a great item.

Excellent GPS, 95 percent accurate but once in a while I'm mystified at the routing. I wish I could zoom in to the street map of the destination before arriving.I do love the ability to route through multiple locations and put them in order. I do wish I was able to delete a midpoint on the fly without having to start trip planning over. Overall, I really like this G PS

Bought this for my parents as my dad over-researches everything. I've had a Magellan before, and will never buy one again. This Garmin has a nice big display and a cool feature that lets you change the vehicle displayed. Being Christmas, I was torn between setting it up as a reindeer, sleigh, or a chop-top Mercury (black w/ flames). I went with the Merc for them. The address book takes a little effort to get something saved, but after a few tries, it gets easier. I am buying one of these for myself.

Have use Garmin GPS's for years. like the update in the system, nice screen size and life time maps are always a good feature. Now all it needs is a way to get around tolls.

This is a replacement for one of nine GPS units we use. One of the 50LMs we use died and we replaced it with this one. It fit into the process I follow every Friday: One by one, I download new locations that were saved to Favorites, then add those new ones to the existing list of Favorites. I make a new POI file from that new list of Favorites and upload the new POI file to all nine units. Time intensive but it works.

This GPS is easy to use and starts up quickly. My favorite part is the lifetime maps. One of the important things it offers is restaurants and gas stations in the area.

The Garmin has a large screen that is much easier to see while driving. I also appreciate the free map updates.

Nice big screen, easy to add destination. It comes up with suggestions as your typing a lot like your phone or tablet. It searches fast and so far has been very accurate.

My husband loves it, it nice an bright an he dosent have problem putting in the addresses, his hands where to big with the smaller ones.

Very pleased with the level of volume it goes up to. The gps recalculates very fast, others I have used were slow. It's easy to use, and the screen size is perfect.

I previously had a Garmin, which was no longer supporting updates. I chose the nuvi because it came with lifetime updates. I also like the bigger 6 inch screen.

I love the new GPS. It is more up to date and easier to use than the TomTom. The size is convenient and easy to read.
