The company should take care of that before selling it. But it meets my needs well and was worth the price.

Great way to get around

The larger screen is helpful and does not require all the info to be squished into the smaller screen. It is a great unit.

Easy to use out of the box

I haven't updated maps yet, but I don't anticipate any difficulty. I did think it was priced a bit high, but I needed a GPS right then, so there wasn't time to shop around. MUCH better than relying on my phone.

I love the larger screen and the school zone notifications! Plus I can update the maps for FREE...so easy! I wish I could give this product 10 stars!!
