This new washer and dryer combination seems to be working just fine. The initial sale was handled very efficiently and professionally, and the installers came and made quick work of removing the old unit, and installing the new one. They did through testing, all the while explaining the proper use of the new machine. I am quite satisfied. I have bought other appliances from Best Buy, and have always had good service.

First, they arrived with a banged up washer/dryer. They had to return it and reschedule. This time, they scheduled the delivery on a different day, 3 days before the haul-away. The unit arrived with water in it (seems like it had been used). The kicker—the washer “start” button literally broke on the very first wash! I couldn’t believe it. See photos—the button is NOT supposed to indent like that. It literally got pushed within/behind the outside casing. It’s supposed to remain out, like the dryer button.

We're very happy with our purchase. It is a little louder than I anticipated. Does exactly what we purchased for... is washes what we want washed and then dries.

I've used my LG washer and dryer several times and I'm amazed at how quiet and efficient it is. A beautiful addition to my laundry room. Highly recommend this space saving appliance.

the first delivery, the men were awesome and product was beautiful and not complete, wrong color and even prettier than the one I paid extra for. The second delivery, I chose to down grade colors to white, it saved me quite a bit of money until the delivery men broke the almost to the ceiling lamp in the hallway. I love the product.

The delivery guys were careful and so polite. The complete washer/dryer unit saves space and has large capacity inside.

Not the easiest to install all a little bit crammed but doable so far so good
