The old unit was near to fail after 28 years. Trying to be proactive, I did my research and bought this one from Best Buy. Store employees, Marcie and Stan were very helpful.

Worst washing machine I have ever used. Dryer is good. The washing machine is so loud during the wash cycle and it almost sounds like the washer is having a hard time spinning inside the machine. Not only that, I tried washing a single towel and because it can't be balanced properly, the machine started shaking as if it was trying to take off into the moon. I am returning this washer/dryer combo as it is terrible and i would rather spend more money on a more quiet one.

OMG! This holds way more laundry than I thought! Lots of cycles to choose from! Stackable perfect option for a tiny apartment closet! Love it!

This washer gets used a lot and does a great job. The only reason I gave it a three is the sensor on the door broke and it stopped working soon after we bought it. But after fixed works like a charm

The Only thing I really like about this is the look my my standalone Maytag of course worked way better than this if you leave your clothes in this washer God forbid a few hours then you should you better rewash them that don't be milldewy stinky stinky quick

We needed a stacked unit and most had the controls on top. I am almost 5'tall so I could not reach that. my husband has back issues so bending to unload a front load washer was also out. this unit meet our needs. it washes and drys fine, is pretty quiet and really as well suited us.

Great for small spaces. Easy to operate and use. Very quiet operation, you’ll hardly notice it’s in use. Large drum fits 2 queen comforters and 1 king. Dryer is efficient and dries well.

Great size! fits perfect in the small space we have.

We bought these back in July 2020 and my husband and I are impressed with the load size of this washer. We are able to do normal size loads and it is so easy to use.

The washer/dry fits into my pantry so much better than the old one ,it is very user friendly . it has enough different cycles to do any type of loads

Not sure how to rate this . I think extremely noisy and not sure about wash cycle; how long should it be ? Should the agitator move more quickly ? These things are not explained in the instructions.
