Everything about it is great except for the unfortunate fact that neither the washer nor drier has a beep sound to indicate the cycle finished.

Best Buy delivery and installation service however was a disaster. Buy this appliance somewhere else. Geek Squad support was awful, bumbling and ultimately ineffective.

Door on dryer would not stay open. Sent same techs out to fix door and level. Tech climbed on ladder to put plate on and left. Went to use washer and will not drain. Do not know if pinched my drain hose but have washer full of water and will not be here for 4 days

We were told the repairs had to be ineffective a certain number of times before it could be replaced. Fortunately, Best Buy agreed to replace it after almost 12 months of headaches. I am definitely buying a different brand.
