I have no problem with the new machine so far but the installation kit BestBuy sent came with rigid vent instead of flexible vent ! The BestBuy installation folks had to leave dryer connected to my old vent as there was no room for new rigid vent to go. I have to now spend extra money for someone to take the machines out and replace the old vent with the new flexible vent.

Great W/D laundry center. Fit small space and easy to use.

First I had to postpone delivery on 2/20 due to fire dept. regs. Then the plumber had to be called. Then I had to have an electrician and finally a drywall expert. The best part was your 3/5 delivery and the delivery man who was really top notch, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. Thank you for your patience!

Great washer and dryer once we got one that worked. The first one had to be returned due to the dryer not working. Customer service is horrible and don't waste your money on the geek support. It was zero help.

Makes some noises I'm having to get used to. Positive: washer spin cycle really does a good job, things are barely wet when washer finishes so dry quick (saves drying time & electricity). Just wish GE offered this with a light & end of cycle alert. Ordered 10/30/20, was delivered & installed around Thanksgiving Wilmington, NC

I am very happy with the GE laundry center! The open box price was amazing and the delivery team was wonderful!

Looks very nice in our home. Very compact but still fit a king size Quilt.

The GE spacemaker cleans well and fits smartly in a small space. My only complaint is that sometimes the spin cycle is loud for a long period of time.

I’ve had this unit for 9 months now it has been great. The first one came but was damaged internally. Best Buy had a replacement in 3 days. No problems easy setup and it works great.

Nice lines, lots of setting options and easy to navigate.

unit looks nice. Delivery was great. But, BIG DOWNFALL. The is no dryer buzzer for cycle completed. That's a real pain. Especially when mulitasking. Unit is just over 1 year old. Washer knob backing just snapped for no reason. Not real happy. Cheap plastic backing which the knob is attached to. Hoping it's covered by warranty.

The Saturday this was delivered the washer would not rinse, spin, or drain. It seems like the lock sensor was messed up because the lock would click 5 times after the wash cycle ended and the lock red light never came on. Clothes had to be hand wrung of soapy water. Immediately called geek squad and scheduled an exchange for the next Wednesday. When my exchange happened on Wednesday the new dryer made a horrible loud noise while drying. Washer worked fine until Thursday. I had washed a total of five loads since it was delivered and had the same lock sensor issue and washer would not rinse, spin, or drain. I lifted the top to the washer while the lock was clicking the 5 times, which must have caused the washer to sense it was locked because the lock red light finally came on and it spun and drained. We ended up returning it and purchasing a whirlpool.
