Delivery was easy, and the installation took about 20 minutes. Machine are working fantastic.

I was very excited to get this unit since I have limited space for a washer and dryer. Received the 1st unit damaged, dent in top side, but I accepted it thinking it would be fine. When my contractor installed it, the drum hit the dent and made a loud sound. Contacted Best Buy and they had anew one delivered. Used the new one for 1 month, and the washer stopped working. Very low water pressure going in and no matter what size you set it on, very little water went in, and it started the wash cycle. It also got stuck on the rinse/spin and had to turn it off manually. Contacted Best Buy, and they said I had to go through GE since it was over the 15 days since delivery. Contacted GE and they sent a repairman out that had absolutely no clue on what he was doing. He actually facetimed someone in his company 3 times to show them what was happening. He then said the inlet valve was bad and needed to be replaced. I contacted GE and told them I didn't want that company back out. Now waiting for new company to start the diagnosis all over. Now the dryer is not drying, takes hours for a small load. Asked for a new unit and was told by GE that the repairman has to say the unit is nonrepairable before they would give a new one.

It has been one year and it works fine to date. Only complaint is lint filter is not fully covering the space so it not filtering the whole lint and I hope those lint not blocking my vent It stops it self if the load is too heavy.

Replaced the same unit from 8 years ago. Hopefully this will last longer. Water cycles are strange, seems to run longer per cycle.

Installed and have used product with no problems. The wife enjoys the stackable option. Clothes seem to get clean and dryer dry's well.

Really liked it for the first six months. Then put in a large bulky load and the machine got off balance and began to shake and bang. Now it happens frequently whenever a small blanket or even sheets are washed. Very disappointed.

Happy with my purchase. Needed to upgrade my old stackable that went out and I am impressed with the option and how good it works

Enjoying my space saving purchase. The stackable washer and dryer helped me to declutter my laundry room and allows me to do an everyday chore more effeciently.

Got an open box first it wouldn't spin. Returned and bought a new one after 5 weeks it stopped filling with water. Im tossing in the towel and changing brands

This is a great unit. There are a few new controls on the washer program dial. One of the better ones, is the ability to remove water from the tub without a wash cycle. The wash cycles are a bit noisy but not a real issue.

Works great!! Reasonable time to wash and dry. Does a great job at doing its job. Had it deliver in less than 1 week !!
