Convenient and dependable

It handles a variety of load sizes and dries clothes efficiently. If you have the right electrical outlet, there's no reason to pull a gas line.

Fills with water constantly. Bought it Best Buy but they wont do anything to make it right they just tell you to contact GE. Would NEVER purchase again and don't recommend to others.

Posted .We want to help you with your unit's washer not working. We recommend checking that the drain hose is not kinked or improperly connected. Make sure to straighten the drain hose and ensure the washer is not sitting on it. The top of the drain outlet should be less than 8 ft (2.5 m) above the floor. Additionally, make sure the unit's power cord is plugged securely into a working outlet, and perform an electronic reset by turning off the breaker for 3 to 5 minutes and then turning it back on. It washes well and dries very quickly. I was a little skeptical at first. But after using this product every other day for three weeks, I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought this machine 5/2024 and its 11/2205 and the motor is leaking oil amongst many other issues. The cost to repair is more than a new machine, which I assure you will not be this one. Beyond frustrated at this purchase.

Quiet running washer and dryer that I forget its on sometimes. Best thing is it promises to be energy efficient.

First delivered unit was damaged. Doc worked with me to make certain second unit was delivered during a tight window for my time. So far,unit is working perfectly.

We've had this unit for two years, and from the very start, it's been a problem. We purchased a warranty for it, but even that has been a waste of money. The Geek Squad as well as the subcontractors they send out have been unable to get this unit to a point of reliability. It keeps breaking down and never from the same issue. Most recently, it started smelling like it was on fire. It also shakes so violently that it has completely crushed the dryer vent hose, but because the vent hose isn't technically part of the unit, the Geek Squad won't replace it as part of the repairs (even though the Geek Squad provided and installed the original vent hose). Everything about this purchase has been a disappointment.
