Great unit!! Would recommend it and great service!

I really give this no stars. I placed the order on august 27th. Today October 3rd, they brought the FOURTH one and I still dont have a working unit. The first one the washer broke as soon as the installer showed me how to use it. The second had clearly been rammed with a forklift. The third when the installer tried the dryer it wont stay on unless you stand there and hold the button. The fourth showed up today. The dryer door wont shut and it wasnt assembled right on one side so the metal isnt flush. The WORST part is that I had a unit that worked but was older and I wanted aomething slightly updated. They carted that away when the first unit was installed. Had i known 4 units later instill wouldnt have something that works I wouldve demanded they bring it back in. I didnt know I was buying something so horrible. I get every unit cant be perfect but FOUR tries and still dont have one. Clearly GE isnt reputable. DONT BUY THIS. I am going to try a different brand now but man I wish I still had my old unit so i didnt have to go to the laundry mat.

My only complaint was the price, everything else was fantastic including the installers. Great experience overall and love the washer/dryer. Only thing it can't handle is large blankets.

Would have loved to use it...but it did not fit in the closet. We are in a small apartment so we needed another couple of inches to make it fit. We had to go with the smaller sized one.

The GE Washer/Dryer is excellent and I'm glad to recommend the item.

The dryer is fine. The washer is another story. If you must get this model, DO NOT use the automatic fabric softener dispenser. The instructions tell you about cleaning it, however, when I did so, the walls of the entire interior of the agitator was lined with black dried up softener. After cleaning what I could, I contacted GE who suggested I buy a bottle brush to clean in inside. However, you can only clean the top of the inside and the gook went all the way to the bottom where the brush could not reach. Also hard to do that since the lid only opens half way because the dryer is there. If you must use this product because of space restrictions, buy a Downy ball to release the softener. Also cannot soak clothes in this model, the water just drains out. You need to get an upgraded model if you want that option.

Bought this last spring when our previous one of a similar design failed. This is still around and kicking nearly a year later. We will see if it lasts as long as the last one. (10 years old for the last one)

The only good thing about this unit is the dryer is quiet and large. The washer is so incredibly loud and obnoxious I can’t even explain it, it sounds like a helicopter is landing at certain points during the cycle. I know stackables are not usually the quietest but this is by far the LOUDEST machine I have ever used and we have had GE and Frigidaires.

Works well but cycle should have sound to let you know wash has ended.

This washer and dryer is good for small space. After a month of use, some type of mechanical oil started spilling out into the washer and I don’t think it was from anything we washed since it’s only used for uniforms. It took hours to scrub those things off.

we really like this washer dryer. it cleans and dries really well. plus it fits perfectly in our small laundry room

Although getting an appointment to go into the store and the checkout took quite some time after the purchase I was frequently informed of where my product was. The product was delivered on the day and time line promised.

NEW ITEM WAS BAD WHEN DELIVERY PERSON IN CHARGE NOTICED THE PROBLEM AND ORDERED A NEW ONE WHICH WAS DELIVERD AND SET UP AND IS RUNNINING FINE THE SALES REP WAS VERRY HELPFUL THROUGH THE PROCESS

I have no issues with this washer/dryer combo except it takes an hour to wash. Is this normal?

This is a very good washer dryer stackable at a very good sale price.

The whole process was almost seamless. AMEX questioned the charge until they were satisfied I had authorized it. The delivery guys were early and extremely efficient, courteous, and tided up after.
