Did not work for one washing. Sounds like a tool is inside the machine banging around. Everything gets a one star because it never worked for me to give it another rating. I immediately asked for a return and it has been three weeks and they have cancelled the pick up time ….for three weeks now!

Love our new GE stackable machine. It works great. I only wish it had an alert to notify when washer/dryer were finished.

Exactly what I was looking for. Performs well, especially the spin cycle-the cloths come out practically dry. I also like the numerous settings for both the washer and dryer.

Great space saver with large capacity. Does a great job. Too many settings though. I don’t wanna have to overthink my laundry. Pleased with my purchase.

We purchased an open box item and the installation and delivery went well. The 2 guys that installed it did a great job and were very pleasant.

Washes and dries well but washer is very noisy.Needed this size .

GE makes a great product and if we have to buy another, we will stick with this model. Very impressed with the geek squad service, ans all the measures they put into place.

Clean looking machine, holds a lot of laundry. No buzzer or timer to let you know when clothes are done - that's unheard of. Unit leaves black marks on light colored laundry - usually sheets or pillow cases.

great buy, replaced an older unit with this one. I didn't realize this compact model could have such a large basin!!! Its like a full size machine. Very happy.

I was looking for a washer dryer combo to fit in a townhouse. As such many places in Best Buy had the best value. I am completely pleased with this product looks good and works well.

I like the many options that this washer/dryer combo offers. From delicates to heavy duty loads. This appliance meets my families needs. Only regret is that it did not come in come in a gray color.

It fit perfectly into my laundry closet. I had Best buy install they did a great job. I would definitely suggest the Best Buy install.

The installation was not without its challenges for a properly measured space, but with some unique challenges. The delivery guys were terrific in solving the problem.
