Water accumulated and did not drain properly. The technicians did not try operating the machine at installation. My tenants have called the repairman to fix it. Neither Best Buy nor the Geek Squad has come to fix the problem. All of this in spite that I bought 5 years of extended warranty. To date, 12 days have passed and nobody assumes responsibility

The one TAHT WAS BEFORE EXACTLY THE SAME MODEL DIDN'T HAVE THE SOOUND. iT SOUNDS LIKE IF THERE'S SOMETHING LOOSE.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About a year and a half after buying this washer/dryer combo, it started having issues and they seem to be just getting worse. First, it stopped locking. Now, it doesn’t run cycles (you turn it on and it just doesn’t do anything). We have to turn it on/off multiple times just to get it to wash a load of laundry. We don’t run large loads in this washer — it’s not meant for that. It’s a smaller washer. Overall wish we would’ve never bought it due to all of the issues.

The first unit stopped working after the tenants used it twice. Had to return and get a new one delivered. Keep our figures crossed the 2nd unit works fine.
