    In August, I selected this model as it's the direct replacement for the washer/dryer that came with our house. It worked fine...for two washes. On the third, the Spin/Rinse cycle wouldn't function. We are awaiting a replacement machine and I guess due to the supply chain situation, the wait time is 5 weeks. I should have known this washer/dryer was doomed to fail when I operated the controls, which felt cheap, in contrast to the solid feel of the original machine. DO NOT buy a GE stackable!! P/S: I had tons of fun scooping the water out of the washer's tub on the day it failed, using a soup bowl into a bucket. I say that "GE" stands for, "Greatly Exaggerated."

    Unreliable machine and poor best buy service

    This machine is noisy, easily destabilized, and broke in less than 6 months. I reported a service issue with this machine on November 11 and was supposed to have service today on December 2. The tech didn’t show and Best Buy didn’t send a cancellation. Next available is December 16 - over 30 days without a washer. I do not recommend this product.

    4 Months, 3 Deliveries and Doesn’t Work

    It took THREE deliveries to get a set that actually worked! We waited four months! FOUR MONTHS OF HOING TO THE LAUNDROMAT! Still, the buzzer doesn’t go off on the dryer at the end of the cycle but I don’t want to send it back AGAIN and be without only to have yet another one show up with something wrong. Do not buy!

    Poor Quality Control

    Lonestar on behalf of Best Buy has tried to deliver this unit 3 times now. The first time they said the water faucets were corroded and they would not install til it was fixed. At significant expense, this was done, but two attempts to deliver and install the unit failed because both were damaged on arrival. The lack of quality control and checking the merchandise is extremely poor. Myself and the tenant are very frustrated.

    Had to Return and buy a new upgraded Samsung washer dryer. Unit made sounds and did not work correctly from day one.

    Bad washer dryer

    Bought off floor in Madison Hgts, MI. Was bubble wrapped being sold as new. Washer does not work. Salesman, Dan Leone, never returned any of 3 emails. Terrible. Delivery people were not good. Did not install product.

    Poor customer service. Would not install. First one came damaged. Many hours to firing this out. Would never buy anything else from Best Buy. Geek squad was horrible

    Flawed design. Nightmare from week one

    Washer had nonstop problems from shaking like a bomb went off to eating my thin nightgowns. Agitator was a mess. Also had problem with the settings. Repair guy said it’s a design flaw (well, he said it to his buddy) and I picked that up and started in on replacing it. I had one before that I had for only five years and washer just quit. I was advised to get stackable that attach so if one goes you just replace it. Getting thru to Best Buy was an absolute nightmare, folks. FYI

    So new it’s almost annoying

    It’s so new and works so well, I sometimes have problems where the dryer door won’t stay open while I put clothes in. It’s annoying to be hit in the head constantly. I assume the door will start staying open better, the older it gets. Owned for about 8 months

    Leaked on First Wash.

    Leaked on first wash. Set it up 48 hours after the return window ended, and GE won't send anyone out to repair it. Easy way to spend $1400 and get nothing. If you have $1400 and want to risk, I suggest you fly to Vegas, put it ALL on the roulette table, and bet on black, at least then you have more chances of getting your money's worth.

    Just bought this 1 month ago. Now i am sitting here with a washer that refuses to drain. Now I have to wait 1.5 weeks for a geek squad repair -or- worse yet them to probably tell me I am going to have to call GE for a replacement. So far not happy with this purchase - beware.

    Bought a new washer but i received an used one

    BB gave me a damaged & used washer, when first time i took it out, water came out from the machine, that means it’s a return product, a second hand one, not brand new. When i plugged it to start a load, it never works, my handyman said it’s broken inside. I bought it on May 23 and open it to use on June 23, so the website says it’s overtime to return.

    I tried to fix the washer in several attempts but couldnt. Now i m not sure if i would have to get rid off the whole thing since only the washer is broken down.

    Paid $1,553.03 in August 2021 for product, delivery, and installation. 828 days later (actually 820 when it first quit working. Thats $1.89 per day. Seems like way too much money for a hunk of non-functional metal that takes up a lot of space. Washer starts, squirts some water, and does nothing else.
