Just connected and dryer sounds absolutely awful

Washing seemed o.k. however when I put them in the dryer to try out the dryer made a horrible sound. Sounded like I was drying a bowling ball. After 2days and literally 3 hours waiting on the phone I finally got a person who could help. We will see if the replacement comes as promised. Not holding my breath. Seems that Best Buy needs to step up their customer service.

I still have the new washer/dryer after one week waiting for it to be picked up. Best Buy had to send a repair man to see if it could first be fixed. He found the dryer motor is broken, the washer motor is broken, and other issues were found. It came like this.

Had to have washer repaired within first (2) months. Now barely over (2) years old. Dryer is now on 4th part. I have been (4) weeks without a dryer. Today is the 3rd in home visit. They just keep throwing parts at it.

Consultant measured but too large and dented.

Consultant said to have smaller unit but, after 2 days, I have received no contact. Per request, item was picked up 08/15/2019. As of 09/08/2019 still awaiting refund. And, still shopping for washer & Heritage46dryer. Cannot speak to function of this machine. It was not used.

Rods went out within a month of owning it. Rods got replaced, broke again in 3 washes and now it needs a new motor. Just stay away! I’m hopeful GE will just buy the unit back

I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone for a manager to get back from lunch break. They don’t care about their customers. They can’t deliver replacement for 15 days. I’ll never buy from this company again.

I'm highly disappointed and STILL AFTER 6 weeks can't use them unit that I've purchased. I'm now waiting on a third dryer unit (a different model) which won't be here until the end of October. :'( . The purchase date shown is the SECOND UNIT. My original purchase date of the original unit. was the beginning of August

It's brand new and works like it's 20 year old. The precise load feature doesn't work at all. It also has ruined multiple pieces of clothing.
