    Great product. Recieved 3 damaged units before getting one that was undamaged. Consider ordering somewhere else.

    TERRIBLE ORDER IN JUNE THE STORE SENT OUT A DAMAGED UNIT TOLD THE DELIVERY TEAM THEY KNEW IT WAS BROKE. USE UNTIL ANOTHER ONE COMES IN. THE UNIT JUMPED ALL OVER THE FLOOR MAKING THE HOSE JUMP OUT WATER EVERYWHERE WARPED MY FLOOR.

    Slim unit, but marketing is misleading. The unit needs a transformer to work in the US and this isn’t clear upfront. Had to return it

    Best Buy is awful to deal with! They do not show up when they say they will or care how many times they cancel. Cost me $500 to compensate my tenant for no delivery 7 times!

    I’ve been trying to get in touch with Best Buy to fix the lid... the lid doesn’t lock correctly....

    My purchase has been a total disaster. Got a damaged product. Installers did a terrible job and got a broken pipe and then damage to basement

    first one lasted 25 months before transmission failed. This is the only midsized unit that will fit in my rental unit. Putting unit on the market before this unit fails again.

    Worst purchase to date. GE warranty is a joke. It broke a month into owning. We have had it a year and have to have it worked on every month. Warranty is now up. Thankfully we bought the geek squad warranty. Hopefully they can fix this piece of junk.

    Bought this for an in law apartment in our home... Wouldn't work, tech came out and said it was damaged in freight. Best Buy came out, replaced it with a new one. That new one wouldn't work either and according to Best Buy the parts to replace it would have taken a couple of months. I chose to get a refund.

    Did not work. Had this item replaced and had the same issue so i returned it! The washer would not work unless the dryer was running!

    This is the worst purchase that i have made at best buy! The dryer does not dry my clothes! I've had an expert out and problem was never fixed! Waste of money.

    This machine has broken twice in less than six months, and Bestbuy is terrible at servicing this appliance.

    Had to return the initial purchase of this item for a replacement because the washer would suddenly stop washing. I have had the replacement now for about 20 days (right outside of my return window) and a similar issue just started

    Arrived damaged, dryer is metal on metal. I’m sure once the replacement comes it will be good, just disappointing after waiting so long for it’s arrival.

    Purchased aug 1, 2019. Broke in 1 year & 1 week later. Cant get anyone to repair it except a GE tech from DC. And it will cost more than machine did. Home warrenty offered us $299.99 to replace a unit I can't even unstack and keep the dryer. Stay away!!!
