No dryer buzzer. Poor agitation of clothes: folded dinner napkins come out of the washer cycle still folded! Poor cleaning: this unit doesn’t clean anywhere near as well as my previous W/D unit (different brand). Perhaps that is due to most of this unit’s washer cycle options having interrupted agitation along with no way to fill the tub with water. There’s no point in having a big tub if only a third will ever fill with water: you can’t fill more than half of the tub with clothes or they won’t ever be beneath the water. Out of balance spin cycles result in dripping wet clothes as there is no way to interrupt the spinning, open the lid, rebalance the clothes, and resume spinning. You have to let it bang along until the end of the cycle, then do a completely separate Drain/Spin cycle.

This is a great space saver and love the color plus design. It’s actually pretty easy changing over from washer to dryer, and I am 4’11” so says great things about this machine.

We had the machine for 3 weeks working fine, although a bit noisy, but the dryer door wouldn't stay open and kept hitting me in the head. The GE tech adjusted the washer position so the door would stay open but then the washer very easily got out of balance and starting shaking violently with loads it previously processed with no problem. Four tech visits later and some minor adjustments to washer position and the problem still occurs. When it does we have to let the washer keep shaking then self-adjust, start over and go to completion. So, technically it works, but it is maddening to have to listening to it shake violently before resetting. A washer should not operate like that for normal loads and should not be so sensitive that a minor adjustment to its position has that effect. After all that, the dryer door still does not stay all the way open. This unit was a bargain compared to others, but sometimes getting a bargain isn't really the best choice.

Not a product issue as we havent a chance to use it yet but installation hassles in North California. We have to reschedule 3 times to have washer/dryer installation. The first two times were because we only needed the washer but it was not compatible to our stackable dryer as the model was old so we decided to buy a new set. This 3rd time the tech came and they were late for almost an hour. We had to call them to check if they still came or not. They arrived and saw the laundry room was on the 2nd floor they started to giving a lot of excuses not to do the haul away and installation. They said the valves were frozen by checking by bare hands and told us to call plumber to fix them. I used the tools and able to easily have them rotated. Then, they took another excuse saying the drip pan was broken (it was damaged by the first tech :) ). They said it was safety related they couldnt do it :). We had home depot 2 mins away so I told them to take the old units out and move the new one in. By that time, you will get a new drip pan. Then, they said it had to have the drain but the customer service said no need the drain connection :) With all of that saying, they are lazy and dont want to do it. They also refused to use shoes cover and again safety issues and they went upstair downstair with carpet and their dirty shoes :) very poor work ethic. This is hassle with 3 times asking for days off with no pay :) hope everyone else not having the same experience as we are and hope Best buy would read this comment and improve their service.

Works great and has the settings I need in a small space. It has a much better lint catch that most dryers I have used and it works pretty well. Downsides: I find it annoying that I have to slam the dryer door to close it. I hate the sound the washer makes. It's not that its particularly loud its just a very grating tone.

Washers and dryer is a stackable that fits our small laundry closet. Takes a little effort to learn to use it correctly thanks to the different features available. It’s a spacious wash machine and I really got to use it everyday day with good results.

It’s not as good as my previous one. The biggest issue I have with this one is that it does not allow you to soak items. After 15 minutes, the machine will automatically drain. Although this is probably a safety feature, we do prefer to have the option. Nit only do we often soak stained or soiled clothing, during hurricane season we would store water in our washer. This was a huge disappointment. As for the rest, it seems to be working fine.

The washer and dryer stackable work greater it is easy to use and look good in my space in my laundry room

This was an additional washing machine set for our sons downstairs. It has been a great addition. Highly recommend!

Do NOT buy this washer/dryer, not worth it unless you like to rebalance your clothes, towels, and blankets every time. The precise fill option doesn’t really work and half the times the washer doesn’t fill the tub with the water level you selected. The dryer is good on the other hand. Your better off buying something else in my opinion for the money, performance, and features. I wouldn’t recommend this washer/dryer to anyone or potentially the brand as well now.

Works great so far. Hope it lasts! Have to buy extra parts to install.
