We have no regrets with this purchase. It fits our condo space perfectly and seems to be very efficient.

Very happy with that washer dryer combo, good for small condo and tight places. Delivery went smooth and installation by BB was very efficient. This is a really large capacity model and still fits where the old unit was with half of the load. Would recommend.

I love the w/d and am happy about that but my problem is the hauling away. When the techs took my old w/d out to replace it with the new one, they left in the hallway which is carpeted and leaked all over and made a mess. My condo neighbors complained to the HOA and now the HOA wants us to pay for the repair. Not fair, I feel that Best Buy should pay for damages. I called them x2 and have not heard back, I have always said that Best Buy is the best and the worst place to buy.

Its very spacious and so far it has worked great. It is a little noisy, but nothing too bad.

I do really like the laundry center. It is flexible to use, meaning I can add clothes or add soap to the load without having to stop the process except when its spinning. Having the agitator helps to get the clothes cleaner. And the second rinse helps getting any residual soap off the darks. I love that I can set the water capacity. The only down side is that its noisy but I have gotten use to that. I have had 3 of these and this is by far the best.

My new GE unit is wonderful. It is more compact than my old model but the capacity of washer and dryer appears larger. It has increased selections for washing and drying along with additional safety features.

Generally we are pretty satisfied with this washer/dryer unit. It's very compact--space saving with lots of features. The only (very minor) "complaint" is that it seems to be "longer" (in depth) than our old unit. As as result, it sticks out about 2 inches than the boundary of the area it sits. Thus we need to be more cautious when walking by it. Not sure if it was caused by the guys who installed the unit or not. But it's too heavy for me trying to push it inward further.

Bigger than I expected. This is a good thing. It washes and dries efficiently. It's fairly quiet compared to older models and cheaper brands. it was delivered with no issues and easy to install. The unit is one piece.

My wife and I purchased our GE Unitized Spacemaker one year ago. We thought so much of it that we purchased one for our daughter when her washer was in need of replacement. We haven't had any problems and it appears that we won't for some time as ours is running very strong at this time.

Works well so far. Takes a lot of time for the whole process of washing and drying. Appreciate the size and the quietness very much. Great for condo living. Very recently purchased. Hoping it will last past five years. My last GE broke in five years but this one seems much improved. Best thing about the purchase was the customer service and the store Best Buy that I bought it from. Chris N answered all my questions and was extremely helpful as was one of the managers in the store. Thank you guys!!

Space saving and we missed having an agitator! We will never go back to having a washer without one. Our clothes actually come out clean and it’s not that much smaller than our lash washer. I’m very excited for this. We’ve had it about two weeks now with no issues.

I like this stackable very much. The only complaint I have about it is that it makes a kind of grinding noise when it's agitating. It does seem a bit loud. I called the Best Buy number to see if I could talk to someone about it. But basically, when I said it was concerning a repair, they said they are not doing any repairs until further notice. Another feature I like is that you can open the lid when it's filling if you want to add detergent, etc. When the washer stops, you can also open the lid and not have to wait three minutes.

This is great for small space works great and not very noisy so you can install it inside your apartment. I bought it from Best Buy and and the did a good job on delivery and installation I strongly recommend this

It's bigger on the inside! Picked this up to replace our old unit and I was surprised to see how much room there was compared to our old one especially since this unit takes up the same amount of room

I can’t say enough good about this set. Washes excellent, user friendly, super quiet, nice tones when finished. So efficient to have on my ground level, rather than the basement! Love! The install went extremely smooth, class act compared to a big box store. I’m very happy.

Great product, great price. Delivery was included and easy to use afterwards. Washer does a great job. Highly recommend. Please note that this is a large sized washer and a bit deeper than most. It still fits in a washer closet though.

I’m not sure how excited anyone can be over o new washer and dryer, but this is about as good as it gets after just a few weeks. Lots of capacity, sufficient number of choices of heat, water temp, varied agitation, fits compactly into my condo laundry room. And Best Buy’s Service team did their usual efficient, friendly, helpful job. Happy with this purchase...

We are very pleased with this Unitized Spacemaker washer / Dryer combo. Fits into a tight space but delivers like full size machines. Easy old fashion knobs and buttons so nothing complicated to break. Best of all, no smelly front load rubber gasket.
