The bleach tray doesn’t fit properly. It is extremely loud. The dryer seems to be okay. I would not purchase again bc of the washer but dryer runs well and quietly.

Both the washer and dryer are pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the unit was dented pretty bad on the dryer & I had to take the top of the dryer and bang out the dent in order to use the unit. Units have plenty of settings. Units are plenty big for a small family.

Washer turned on but the dryer did not. had this one delivered and had same problem. Person installing it said that there must be a problem with the electric outlet. Turns out there was. You need a 110/240 line for it to work properly. My old dryer just required the 240. Once I had the 110 installed, it worked perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with this combo. Washer cleans perfectly and the dryer the same. What more can I say? It does what it is supposed to do, and does it very well.
