Love it. Directions were so simple to follow for both the washer and dryer. Washer runs great as does the Dryer. So convenient. Both are nice big units for washing large loads if needed. This was a great purchase.

Overall, this was an excellennt purchase.

Had a front load washer and hated it. The odor was impossible to get out no matter how many times I cleaned it. This new set has been great. A little louder than I expected but not a problem for me.

Gets really loud when anything like a large towel is in the load. The half open washer lid is difficult to navigate - have to stick your head into the drum of the washer to get that last sock out. If you don't have room for anything else, the machine is fine. If you want a great product choose something else.
