Cons: Loud wash cycles, If you reside in a condo you will know its laundry day by the amount of normal noise the wash cycle makes. Dryer had a loose piece behind drum causing a noise issue. Repair man wants to swap out ball bearing on the NEW dryer. I think this might not be the machine for me.

It fits in the compact area just wonderful. Thank you, BB ! We tell everyone how great your store and staff is. Can't wait to use it again. I never knew doing my laundry would be so much fun ! We wanted it close to where most laundry is generated....it the bedroom. Thanks for making our lives easier and more comfortable.

Love it. Directions were so simple to follow for both the washer and dryer. Washer runs great as does the Dryer. So convenient. Both are nice big units for washing large loads if needed. This was a great purchase.

Gets really loud when anything like a large towel is in the load. The half open washer lid is difficult to navigate - have to stick your head into the drum of the washer to get that last sock out. If you don't have room for anything else, the machine is fine. If you want a great product choose something else.
