Door on dryer would not stay open. Sent same techs out to fix door and level. Tech climbed on ladder to put plate on and left. Went to use washer and will not drain. Do not know if pinched my drain hose but have washer full of water and will not be here for 4 days

After ordering, the service came immediately, placed and activated it, the service employees were very polite and fast.

The bad: no light in the dryer, no pull out hook to hang delicates to dry, and the worst of all, no buzzer to let you know that the dryer cycle is done. I suppose this would not be an issue if your machine is inside your home and not in the garage.
