Works well, but very noisy!!!!....................

Washer a little slow, I’m used to 20 minutes MAX with my 30 yo Maytag, but it cleans well.

Enjoying my space saving purchase. The stackable washer and dryer helped me to declutter my laundry room and allows me to do an everyday chore more effeciently.

This product has surpassed my expectations so far. It washes well and dries very quickly. I was a little skeptical at first. But after using this product every other day for three weeks, I am very happy with this purchase.

The washer would not drain. Only the dryer worked. I was so disappointed and it was such a hassle to return. I would not recommend this washer dryer.

Multiple delays caused me to receive my washer and dryer 2 weeks late. But it was noy installed for another 2 weeks so there was a huge washer and dryer just in my bathroom at no fault of mine.

Happy with my purchase. Needed to upgrade my old stackable that went out and I am impressed with the option and how good it works

I like the way it makes it easy to choose the perfect cycle for different types of loads of clothes including water level. Quiet running washer and dryer that I forget its on sometimes. Best thing is it promises to be energy efficient.

Save yourself a massive and persistent headache, and do not purchase this unit. We've had this unit for two years, and from the very start, it's been a problem. We purchased a warranty for it, but even that has been a waste of money. The Geek Squad as well as the subcontractors they send out have been unable to get this unit to a point of reliability. It keeps breaking down and never from the same issue. Most recently, it started smelling like it was on fire. It also shakes so violently that it has completely crushed the dryer vent hose, but because the vent hose isn't technically part of the unit, the Geek Squad won't replace it as part of the repairs (even though the Geek Squad provided and installed the original vent hose). Everything about this purchase has been a disappointment.

Delivery team led by Doc was excellent. First delivered unit was damaged. Doc worked with me to make certain second unit was delivered during a tight window for my time. So far,unit is working perfectly.

I was very excited to get this unit since I have limited space for a washer and dryer. Received the 1st unit damaged, dent in top side, but I accepted it thinking it would be fine. When my contractor installed it, the drum hit the dent and made a loud sound. Contacted Best Buy and they had anew one delivered. Used the new one for 1 month, and the washer stopped working. Very low water pressure going in and no matter what size you set it on, very little water went in, and it started the wash cycle. It also got stuck on the rinse/spin and had to turn it off manually. Contacted Best Buy, and they said I had to go through GE since it was over the 15 days since delivery. Contacted GE and they sent a repairman out that had absolutely no clue on what he was doing. He actually facetimed someone in his company 3 times to show them what was happening. He then said the inlet valve was bad and needed to be replaced. I contacted GE and told them I didn't want that company back out. Now waiting for new company to start the diagnosis all over. Now the dryer is not drying, takes hours for a small load. Asked for a new unit and was told by GE that the repairman has to say the unit is nonrepairable before they would give a new one.

Works great!! Reasonable time to wash and dry. Does a great job at doing its job. Had it deliver in less than 1 week !!

Delivery was easy, and the installation took about 20 minutes. Machine are working fantastic.

I was pleased with Best Buy' s response to our problem. The new set is in and working . Yippee

The dryer is fine. The washer is another story. If you must get this model, DO NOT use the automatic fabric softener dispenser. The instructions tell you about cleaning it, however, when I did so, the walls of the entire interior of the agitator was lined with black dried up softener. After cleaning what I could, I contacted GE who suggested I buy a bottle brush to clean in inside. However, you can only clean the top of the inside and the gook went all the way to the bottom where the brush could not reach. Also hard to do that since the lid only opens half way because the dryer is there. If you must use this product because of space restrictions, buy a Downy ball to release the softener. Also cannot soak clothes in this model, the water just drains out. You need to get an upgraded model if you want that option.
