Very impressed with the geek squad service, ans all the measures they put into place.

No buzzer or timer to let you know when clothes are done - that's unheard of. Unit leaves black marks on light colored laundry - usually sheets or pillow cases.

As such many places in Best Buy had the best value. I am completely pleased with this product looks good and works well.

Washer does not fill up with enough water , When washing bulky items washer starts thumping can’t open have to turn it off and guess what does not go back to the cycle have to start over again I es t to return it

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our newer models of washers will use less water in order to save both water and energy in each cycle. If you are hearing a thumping sound in your unit, this could be due to the fact that your unit is out of balance. It is important to not load too much or too little into your washer. No second rinse option.

In the beginning of process i felt i had the support that i need came out measured recommend a product once it arrived had nothing but trouble the support was not there it too 5 installation team to tried and install this system now they finally install after ruining my wood floor and my rug now im trying to get someone to come out and inspect the damage this process started March 27 today its April 30 and still no help call support reach out to rep who assist me from beginning wont return my text or calls not happy at all
