In the beginning of process i felt i had the support that i need came out measured recommend a product once it arrived had nothing but trouble the support was not there it too 5 installation team to tried and install this system now they finally install after ruining my wood floor and my rug now im trying to get someone to come out and inspect the damage this process started March 27 today its April 30 and still no help call support reach out to rep who assist me from beginning wont return my text or calls not happy at all

We were told the repairs had to be ineffective a certain number of times before it could be replaced. Fortunately, Best Buy agreed to replace it after almost 12 months of headaches. I am definitely buying a different brand.

Also Thought i was buying the unit on the sales floor with side vent capability. Four service trips later with no resolution. I filed complaint about not getting the unit on the floor and all i received was a $ 144 gift card for my hours upon hours on the phone with BB. I accepted the gift card and fixed the venting issue myself. NEVER EVER will i buy from BB again.
