Also Thought i was buying the unit on the sales floor with side vent capability. Four service trips later with no resolution. I filed complaint about not getting the unit on the floor and all i received was a $ 144 gift card for my hours upon hours on the phone with BB. I accepted the gift card and fixed the venting issue myself. NEVER EVER will i buy from BB again.

Very disappointed

I'm still waiting for the return of $1,660 that I paid in cash to be returned to me by way of a check. I will not buy it Best buy again

Drums sizes smaller than replaced unit. The one negative so far is dryer control knob. I don’t like the feel of it. Appears it will break

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not only did we order this item 3 times because the first one came gas when it was supposed to be electric then the second one came damaged then finally we thought the third time was fine but not only did it started leaking from the bottom when we was testing it out but it also did this loud monstrous noice it was beyond ridiculous we thought it was literally gonna explode with how loud it was they did to recall there product back it’s damaged never again

Small space needed coil exhaust which did not provide. Came with metal exhaust unable to install. Had to cancel order. Very disappointed but I purchased same product from Home Depot. Very happy.
