Fills with water constantly. Bought it Best Buy but they wont do anything to make it right they just tell you to contact GE. Would NEVER purchase again and don't recommend to others.

Posted .We want to help you with your unit's washer not working. We recommend checking that the drain hose is not kinked or improperly connected. Make sure to straighten the drain hose and ensure the washer is not sitting on it. The top of the drain outlet should be less than 8 ft (2.5 m) above the floor. Additionally, make sure the unit's power cord is plugged securely into a working outlet, and perform an electronic reset by turning off the breaker for 3 to 5 minutes and then turning it back on. Extremely loud washer

It’s absurdly loud; like, “can’t hear my alarm” loud. One star for a pretty good dryer, but this one is being returned immediately.

The people installing didn't install all the parts. In fact they were going to leave with some of the unused parts. The product was not properly situated in its desired location. They left before finishing the installation. They confirmed it would fit. Then because they didn't install it properly it does not fit

The one TAHT WAS BEFORE EXACTLY THE SAME MODEL DIDN'T HAVE THE SOOUND. iT SOUNDS LIKE IF THERE'S SOMETHING LOOSE.

They don't tell you this in store but we ended up having to order our own separate one and have the install team come back a week later (leaving this stacked washer dryer sitting in our living room for a week) until it could be installed.

Tired to run first cycle first time would not spin or drain. Followed directions same outcome. I waited a month for delivery. Now have to wait over a week for a repair person for a brand new never used appliance. With water sitting in the tub. Not happy.
