Overall great machine. Cleans great and easy to use. Very loud though, so only 4 stars. Would be great for a basement or isolated laundry room.

About 18 months post purchase the washer did not turn on. We tried everything before calling the geek squad but we had to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, it works great.

I ordered the GE profile top load wash machine over the phone without ever seeing it in person. I was given a complete description by a knowledgeable sales person. The delivery of the unit was right on time, and the two delivery men were so respectful of our property. The machine itself has really surprised me. I thought my White T-shirts always look clean until I put them in my new machine and can’t believe how white they turned out. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone in need of a new washer and certainly would recommend Best Buy. To me it was a five star from my first phone call to the use of the first load of clothes.

This machine seems to have the modern amenities that a lot of the $1200 machine have a great job performance task no complaints so far it’s often used due to in house salon and two small children.

I avoided shopping for a new washer and dryer as long as i could because lets be honest they just dont make them like they used to. However i love my new washer and dryer! The app is a bonus so it notifies me when its done and alerts me if i forget. Highly recommend this brand.

I love this washer. It fits exactly the same as my old washer but has a huge tub! I don't have to go to the laundry mat to wash my comforters anymore!

Got a great price through Best Buy outlet. Been using it for a couple weeks now, does a better job on my front loader we replaced it with. Much easier to load as well. No moldy smells, like you get from the front loader. Would recommend

This washing machine has a huge load capacity. It fits almost 2 loads of my previous washer into one load and gets the clothes clean. Its quieter than my old one and I like the ease of the different settings.

Amazing top loader washing machine. Samsung & LG washers seems to be the new thing and consumers are going crazy over. I wanted to stick with a brand with long standing experience and great reviews for the last couple decades. Almost a year in and still great. Only complain is it cannot take comforters - which I really wanted

Works great. Its an oven. It gets hot when i tell it to, and stays cool any other time.

I’d absolutely love this washer. The clothes come out so much cleaner than my old washer you can barely hear it running and it is very efficient.

It's huge, its really nice looking and it will fit pretty much anything. But, its a little noisy. And, I cant fogure out how to get ot to sognal when a load is finished.

GE of course has always been dependable, GE also has kept up with technology, there is no center agitator, the color is perfect for my newly remodeled room and the washer is highly efficient, the best choice for sure!
