Q: How much water does the deep fill add?
A: Hey there, and thanks for contacting us with this great question. The Deep Fill button will add 3 more gallons of water if you press it once. If you press and hold the button for 3 seconds, the washer will fill to the maximum water level. This will be approximately 26 gallons except on portable/stationary models, whose maximum water level is approximately 20 gallons. We hope this is helpful. A: Hi there - we checked the information for this unit, and we can confirm that the washer pausing during some stages of the wash cycle is considered normal. -- The washer pauses to reduce the wear on your clothes and the likelihood of soap residue. A: We understand how important cleaning and maintaining your model is. Generally, the agitator doesn't require separate routine maintenance or cleaning. We recommend following the general cleaning instructions for your model available in the manual, starting on page 15. A: so gar what I have learned is that you need to press MyCycle. Plus if you press the little triangular shape at the bottom of the temperate column, you can change the water temp. I haven't tried to cange to the Deep Rinse yet.

A: 47-48 inches. Higher than anticipated.

I like it!
It took me awhile to get use to it because i like the old school way of washing machines and often dont like the thought of technology being used for everything but ive come to love this wash machine. The cyckes are easy. My clothes are clean and smell fresh. I like the app reminders as well

Good for the price
Very easy to use and price is ok too. It’s kind of loud and shakes a lot if not much clothes are put in.

No blankets allowed
Seems to work great until you wash a large blanket. I used the highest spin cycle setting and the blanket was overly damp when the cycle was complete. Otherwise this washer is overall a good buy.
