Working great, the agitator cleans much better than the previous machine we had with impeller. Hopefully the tech keeps the mold-mildew out. 5 stars because it’s doing exactly what we expected and cleaning clothes that were not getting clean before we got it.

My sales person, “Igball” - at your Fair Lakes location - was the epitome of professionalism, knowledgeable, kindness, courteous and assisted me in making the best decision for me. Also, the delivery personnel (William and Luis) were nothing short of amazing. Not only did they display the same qualities as Igball — they were on-time, efficient, careful, respectful, friendly and well equipped for the job. This was one of the best service experiences I have had in a very long time. Thank you for all you do to ensure the quality of your brand.

AND BEWARE THAT THE PAINT FINISH IS VERY DELICATE. WILL SCRATCH EASILY. AND YOU HAVE TO READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THE DEEP WASH FEATURE. LONG WASH CYCLES WITH THE IMPELLER SETUP.

Posted .Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. We recommend you review the "Sounds" section on pg. 24 of the Owner's Manual for a description of the sounds you may hear.

Large capacity and great quality

The only thing that I am NOT a fan of, is the fact of it going off balance with large loads. It will correct itself most of the time. Cleans clothes very well and is a great size! Also love that I can connect it to my phone and it will let me know when the laundry is done.

The cost, style and load size are very appealing (especially when on sale) however I’m not completely sold on performance. There are times when using this unit that the drum will out of now where get out of sync mid spin cycle and pound on the sides of the washer body, if you’re able to see the sides you can see them protruding from their normal shape when the drum hits them. Other than that and the time of wash cycles I have been generally happy…. But beware of the matching dryer…

Great Price for a Great Product

The wife is not a technical wizard so it is simple for her, and she loves that. Only complaint we have is it is a little loud, but our laundry room is not near us so not an issue. Might be for someone with a smaller place. Great value, and cleans the clothes what more couldwe ask for?

I wanted a machine that did not have the middle agitator in it because I have large comforters I wash every week. The capacity is great!

Great but can wrinkle your clothes

I hang my shirts to dry so I can’t have them wrinkled. Also the installers hooked the water lines up backwards… Not the fault of the machine of course. Every other function of the unit as well as the cleaning ability is amazing

The cleaning is so much better than my old washer. What used to require spot attention, doesn’t even require to get clean.
