AWESOME WASHER

The service techs that installed this unit and hauled away my old machine were timely, professional and flexible to my work schedule. 10/10 recommend.

Controls take a little bit of testing to get what you want. But after a few starts and stops we got it working perfectly. It runs really quiet and seems to wash extremely well.

Other than that I love the machine & the quality.

Great washer

My husband we very pleased with the install and delivery. Washes well with less water. Hoping it makes a difference on my bill. Quiet machine that can wash a lot of launfery at once. We use it daily and have teenagers that constantly change their clothes.

LOVE IT‼️

I also LOVE where the dispener is for the detergent is because the water goes through it and cleans it out without leaving any residue anywhere.

You may want to make sure the washer is level (the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed), as it may be louder than expected if it becomes unbalanced. It would be nice to have a delicate and a small load available on the face of the washer instead of just in download mode. Overall, it’s a good washing machine. It just depends on what you’re looking for and I do like that it notifies me on my LG app when the load is finished.

I don’t have a level floor but I have the machine as level as possible and in the spin cycle it shakes a lot causing the machine to slip and then needing adjusting.
