As for the operation of it, it was ok. Thought I’d get more by buying American made. Returned it back it Best Buy.

Some noise during operation is expected, but ensuring the machine is level can help reduce excess vibration—adjusting the leveling legs side to side and front to back often makes a difference. The washer handles small to x-large loads; and this is a great option for small or large families. It is also a quiet machine that does a great job of cleaning laundry. Very happy with my purchase. GE Profile - 4.9 Cu Ft High Efficiency Smart Top L

Has preprogramed cycles , but they can be customized. The deep fill feature is a big plus with the option to add even more water with the extra deep fill. It also has a countdown display, which is a nice feature not found on many of the new washers. Our first purchase was the Maytag Pet Smart washer. That was a big mistake. This thing beats it hands down , just like our previous GE Profile that gave out after everyday use for over 10 yrs. If this is in your budget , don't hesitate, especially with Best Buy's return policy if your not satisfied. Oh did I mention that it does an excellent job of getting out tough stains that seam to be attracted to my clothes.

I love the app which was easy to set up and it works seamlessly with my dryer. It will pick which dry setting is the best based on what the washer setting was. It cleans very well and uses minimal water saving on utilities.
