At times, I've had to manually rebalance 2 and 3 times. I'm reaching out to GE to see if I have a defective part. Outside of this issue, I would rate it 5 stars.

Company should wait to ask for reviews at least a mongh of usage for time to really use products thing do not always go wrong within first usage.

The spin cycle is especially good as it leaves the laundry almost dry so we save on drying. Also, the WiFi technology works great with my smartphone app.

He gave me information and instruction and he did all of this in a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with our new washer.

We are very impressed thus far. The washer performs well and the loads don't take a long time to wash. It seems very efficient with washing your clothes. The only downside is the noise when it spins. It just takes some getting used to.

If it might be helpful, we have a description of what noises the washer may make on page 28 of the manual; you can view the manual on Best Buy’s product page under the ‘Overview’ section or on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. Making sure the load size is right for the chosen cycle, the basket is loaded evenly and the washer itself is level may help cut down on noise. It's not loud at all compared to our old Maytag washer. The clothes always comes out clean and smelling amazing. Love that I can connect to the washer via the app, with notifications. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Make sure machine is completely level, or else it will bang. Took several tries but it is now perfectly level. It's pretty loud too but my laundry room is far away in my house so it doesn't effect me.
