I take care of my appliances and they last a long time. However, I was surprised the washer broke down and not even a complete month with it.

May need to call to get it serviced because the drum “thumps” against the sides when washing sheets or towels. It self corrects after a few spins but it shouldn’t do that to begin with. If they can fix this issue, I would give it 5 stars.

GE Profile washer is great!

The only thing that we think could be better are the soap / fabric softener dispensers, a little water stands in them after use and they are a little flimsy. we are very pleased with the machine overall.

The large capacity is wonderful for when the kids get home from college and have a ton of laundry to do. The wifi notifications are nice to know when the clothes are done.

For example, I like all clothes under the water, so I choose 'Deep Fill' Also, I like the 'Drain&Spin' because I hand-wash my delicate clothes, You can open the lid after it started, so you can add a shirt your kid forgot to put in the basket.

Also the lid doesn't lock for the entire duration of the cycle, which is nice if you need to add soap. But if you have small kids you need to be careful. It does lock when it spins.

This does that pretty well. It has many settings to accommodate different types of loads you might have. It seems to have no problem washing blankets, sheets and other heavy items. The question is, how long will it last? Only time will tell.

We were happy with the size of the tub and how quiet the machine is while it is operating.

Spoon cycle is quieter than I thought it would be. Impeller is an excellent choice. There is much more room for clothing and they don't get twisted up like they would around an agitator. Very happy with this purchase.
