They didn’t charge anything for delivery and installation and also helped me to move out the older one for my place. Thanks. And looking forward for more deal from BestBuy .

Posted .For help with the balancing concern. please make sure the unit is leveled and all four leveling legs are firmly on the floor. Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. We recommend you review the support article on the GE Appliances website titled: "Top Load Washer - Normal Sounds".
