We purchased this washing machine as a package with the dryer. The first washing machine was delivered completely damaged, so we had to wait for a new one to be delivered 3 days later. From the time the new machine was delivered it only lasted 18 days and no longer works. We’ve reached out to both Best Buy and GE and have been given the run around, neither has helped us. We continue to get told to call the other, now we’re out $1400 for a washer that only lasted 18 days and have been without a washer for 2 weeks now.

Great for Tide pods

I have not seen another machine with this built in. And the wifi connectivity is a plus. It alerts you to when the wash is about to be done.

It’s faster and my clothes are cleaner than before. My phone tells me when cycle is finished. The outside is lovely. I have the matching dryer. Like the easy way detergent and additives are added. Happy!!!

The water isn’t draining out of the different compartments for the detergent. I even had a new tray sent and it does the same thing. I constantly have to either pull the whole dispenser drawer out and dump the water or soak it up. It’s annoying because there shouldn’t be water left in the drawer both because of mold and also because the you can’t pour detergent in with water in the compartment. Does anyone else have this problem or know why this is happening? GE customer service didn’t seem to know.

It is not unusual to find a small amount of water in the drawer at the end of a cycle as mentioned on page 22 of the owner's manual. It's meant to flush the detergent compartment prior to the next use. If you're finding enough water to prevent you from adding the proper amount of detergent, we recommend calling GE Appliances Service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to have your washer checked. Thought large capacity we could wash a comforter... no, you have to take it out and wash it again after rearranging.... clothes, we have to wash twice because you can still smell clothes from perfume or work on them, it is never clean after 1 wash and rinse... even soaking with vinegar and baking soda, clothes are just never clean. Will not balance for anything, we have tried everything. I absolutely hate this washing machine.
