Needed a new one and glad to have bought it

This thing spins like a crazy and cut down the time the dryer needs to run. Very happy so far. Down side, I had to wait 10 days for delivery.

Please check out page 24 in your use and care manual, as it describes different common sounds. Also, view the article on our website called "Top load washer - normal sounds". If you don't think that the sound you're hearing is being referenced, please have one of our certified GEA technicians come out to take a look. You definitely have to pay attention in the early days to understand what works and doesn’t.

Stated the pricing for this model is the same at all local stores. They took their time and no pressure. Looked at other models and went back to this one!
