Love my washer/dryer set!

Posted .There are many sounds associated with washers; however if your washer is noisy there may be a simple solution. We recommend following the troubleshooting suggestions in the support article titled: "Top Load Washer - Walking or Vibrating" on the GE Appliances website.

Posted .With all washers, some level of noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. -- We recommend checking out the “Sounds” section on page 28 of your Owner’s Manual for descriptions of noises you can expect with this model. The Owner’s Manual can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the Best Buy product page. -- If your washer is making abnormal noises, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 1-800-432-2737.

Clothes smells clean the spin cycle is great clothes almost as dry some of them I just hang up and dryw right away. I will definitely purchase the same brand dryer when it's time to replace my old dryer.

I admit I didn't know what I purchased because I was going by size needed but absolutely love it. The only thing is, there is a piece of tape that covers the part that allows the machine to register you are doing a load. The tape is on the part that goes in the slot where the lid locks.

Most large comforters and blankets will wash properly in our washers, as long as the comforter fits below the balance ring of the washer tub and is not stuffed in the tub tightly. LOUD/Noisy GE Washer

Posted .Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle.

Did not realize it hooks up to wifi , then sends messages when its done , also can control from app ! Dies a great job washing and love the glass door which enables me to see whats going on!
