No mater what setting you put it on the clothes doesn’t get wet enough to wash. Only the clothes on the bottom get some wash action and the rest are just sitting at the top UNWASHED! This wa hate looks good but is LOUD and useless!

Posted .Hello- We can understand how upsetting it is when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. We want to help! If you aren't already, please select the Deep Fill. The Deep Fill option, not to be confused with the Deep Rinse option, will add additional water to the wash cycle regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill. The Deep Fill option is a feature offered on several Top Load Washer models. It is recommended for special case loads rather than normal everyday use. Note: Deep Fill is available on all wash cycles except the Normal/Colors cycle due to 2016 Department of Energy regulations. No bulky items

It can not handle bulky items that throw off the balance. Even after adjusting the items in the washer by hand it still is off balance. Towels, blankets, jeans, jackets this machine is incapable of rise and spin and balancing.

Product ok, Service very bad

The installation service provided however was way below the standard that you would of expect from the name "Best Buy", it was amateurish at best. Third party personnel was inefficient and did not had the proper skills set to complete the install. In my case, it even resulted in damage of personal property. The "concierge" service that is offered as part of being a member of the Best Buy Plus also failed in their commitment of resolving the issue in 5 different ocassions. We ended up hiring a real professional on our own. They were extremely unprofessional and poor in their commitment to customer service. We will no longer use Best Buy as our go to place of all appliances and electronic needs due to this experience of disastrous proportions. It is not worth the money or for that matter the time for me and my family. If you can, please go some where else where they will threat customers with dignity and respect.
