These units are extremely loud and they don't have the built-in detergent reservoir as stated in the specs. Overall quality with regards to the exterior metal, lid, and detergent dispenser is very poor. I don't expect these lasting until just past manufacturer's warranty without repair calls.

Posted .Hi there - This unit has the Flex Dispense Drawer. This drawer holds liquid fabric softener/conditioner, pre-wash detergent, and detergent packets. There is also a bleach dispenser in the front left corner of the unit. If you are experiencing a loud noise, such as the unit shaking or moving, please ensure your unit is leveled properly. You may also view a helpful troubleshooting article on our GE Appliances website titled TOP LOAD WASHER - WALKING OR VIBRATING. We hope this helps!
