Tried to return but turned out the return policy was within 16 days only. Waiting on the warranty people to come fix which is a two weeks wait. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Posted .Hello- Thanks so much for your purchase! This is a beautiful set! It is normal to hear certain sounds that you may not be used to hearing. A drumming noise is caused by air being pushed out of the basket towards the outer case. This causes the cabinet/outer case to move in and out which may sound like someone is beating on a drum. We have a link with normal sounds that you will hear from your new washer on our site if you'd like to check them out. We also have some optional Anti-Vibration pads that may help! Posted .Thank you for sharing your concerns. Your new washer may make sounds that are new to you. We have included descriptions of these sounds on Page 28 of the Owner's Manual. Some of these sounds can be lessened by adjusting the level legs. We recommend checking to be sure your washer is level. Page 25, Step 7 of the same manual offers directions to check to ensure the unit is level and how to adjust the legs if needed. The online manual is available by clicking on the Features tab and scrolling down to the clickable link at the bottom. If you continue to have concerns, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your washer checked.

I was unaware of the cancellation until I received a text telling me it was time to ‘schedule my delivery.’ Item was purchased 7/4, scheduled for delivery 7/13 and following cancellation, I was put to the end of the line and earliest delivery date it now the end of July. No one seemed to care about the issue so we went to Lowes.

This is the worse performing washer ever.

I’ve read the Quick Guide and the Owner's Guide numerous times. It does not clean my clothes, nor my blankets, sheets, etc. The instructions vary depending on which model you have but the instructions are not clear. I wish I had never purchased it and would like to return/exchange it for a better brand/model.

Good thing I bought the warranty and it will be fix next week. One star because a new washer shouldn’t break after < 2 weeks. The sad thing is that I choose GE over LG and Samsung because I trusted GE more.

Meanwhile, there have only been about 8 medium size loads of laundry ran through it.
