Easy to reach in basket and collect clothes when cycle is complete. Multiple settings allows you to be specific (jeans, towels, linens, & whites for example), or use a normal setting for mixed batch. Unlike other washers without agitator, the auto sense really gets the basket level and cycle completes without issue. Bulky setting handled king comforter with ease, no need to stop load because it is uneven and can't spin, really great.

It was large, spacious, effective and easy to use for various purposes.

Have had mine for a month now! Bought both a washer and dryer brand new! I love the gray color. I love the size of it, but I do not like the new smart wash technology it does not fill the water over the clothes! I have to set it on bulky and deep fill for it to get all of the clothes wet! What’s the purpose in having all the other cycles if it won’t even fill to the top of your clothes whether you’re doing a small load or a large load you get the same amount of water unless you put deep fill every time and bulky! Deep fillers for the rinse cycle and bulky is for the wash cycle! I would not buy this again! I however do like the max spin the clothes come out almost dry before you even put them in the dryer! Also, the washer is extremely noisy compared to my last Samsung set!

Good machine so far wash very well and uses the weight of your clothes to save water, you can make presets and adjust the washing time according to your washing preferences. Maybe a bit noisy but you’ll get used to.

The only way to wash clothes well is to use the deep fill option. The “high efficiency” puts in 20% less water than is needed to really wash clothes. It’s possible for clothes to either not even get wet ir cleaned after a cycle. I put dirty clothes in that still had dirt on them after load. Kinda defeats the purpose of a washer. It’s a real bummer because it’s just a bit off and I wish I could adjust after levels up a bit to calibrate. Ended up returning for a different brand with better reviews. We wanted an agitator as we think missing it made a difference in the cleaning quality.

All the problems begin with a poorly programmed mother board. It can't sense how much laundry is in the machine. The water level never matches the need. If you need 6 inches of water it provides 2. If you press the extra water button it fills the entire tub. Too much water. The extra water button only works on some programs. Too many programs, choices. Why? The bottom impeller was the idea of a someone with no IQ. If there is 2 inches of water the clothes will ride the impeller like a cat on a Roomba. Useless. If the clothes are mid water or floating there is no scrubbing. Useless. With the tub rotating in one direction and the impeller in the opposite nothing happens to the clothes. Useless. They just vibrate with no scrubbing. The machine will go into pause whenever it feels like it. This is not a smart machine as advertised. If it is please give me the dumb one. If you try to wash a quilt all that happens is it turns into a mushroom. Air floats it to the top where as usual nothing happens. GE should be sued for false advertising. Bait and switch. I cannot leave the machine, always have to watch it because it cannot be trusted to perform as advertised. Waste of time. Waste of electricity. Waste of water. I find my clothes get very clean when I throw them in the bathtub and take a shower. Kick and stomp and rinse plus clean myself. That is efficiency. This thing is just a tub of scrap metal. Kenmore, Amana and Maytag all make mechanical washers which I am looking to buy. I can't think of anyone I hate enough to give this to them. Off to scrap metal I guess. Needed improvements. Trash the mother board and install mechanical knobs. I can make all the decisions and more intelligently. Trash the impeller and install a true agitator.

Have it for 3 years now still good. It’s good for the price

Very lengthy wash cycles. Not enough water being provided. Noisy. Based on choices of washers available, I would have to say I would recommend.

Seems to wash well. A bit tall for me so hard to reach bottom. Seems a bit noisier than my last washer.
