Day 3 the pump started making a horrible noise whenever it's running ... super loud and consistent ... we will see if they stand behind it.

Posted .We certainly want to assist with any issue you're having with your washer. Troubleshooting tips are available starting on page 22 of your manual, which is available on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. Sounds are specifically discussed on page 24. Among other tips, we recommend ensuring the washer is leveled (the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed); if it's not level, that may lead to extra vibration and noise. We also have an article about noises on our GE Appliances website, titled "Top Load Washer - Noises Heard During Agitation"; you can view that when you look up the title and click the 'Support' tab. If after reviewing those resources you still think the noise isn't normal, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393. Great washer

Seems solidly built with just enough tech upgrades like wifi to get notice a load is done. It surprisingly makes doing laundry much more efficient doing it throughout the day.

It has a large stainless steel tub; quiet when washing; and efficient. It is a nice-looking washing machine. I only have 1 complaint: When pressing the wash cycle button. I keep getting the "pause" cycle. It is excellent other than that issue.
