Bought this washer to replace the old one. The display panel stop working. I love the color BUT when it starts it makes lots of loud sound. Like the gears are connecting but they are. It works. Also when the washer finishes there no beep or charms to indicate it finished.

I love them, best purchase I've made! Perfect size for all laundry even king size comforters, washed and dry with ease.

This washing machine is enormous that I am able to wash my large fluffy comforter that I would normally have to go to a laundry mat to wash. I am so impressed with this washing machine. It washes extremely well!

I’m liking my washer a little more now I found out how to get more water but I still shouldn’t have to use the same setting for everything

Works as it should. Says it self balances but i dont let it do that seems to knock for longer than if i could just readjust the load

It's my first washer without an agitator. But, I have adjusted and am generally pleased.

Great water! I love that there is no agitator so I’m able to wash blankets and big items from my home.

This is a beautiful machine. It was delivered early which was very much appreciated. It is louder than my old machine but my clothes have been coming out great! Very clean. They smell amazing.

Large capacity top loader. I chose the dark gray. The down side - it is very noisy.

Once again GE Profile lives up to its quality claims. This smart washer has made life so much easier. With the wide variety of setting combinations I can set up the washer and then start by my phone to wash at night when electric rates are cheaper. My clothes come out fresh and clean and with controlling the spin cycle I can take care of delicates more easily. I can also wash giant king size comforters and do a double spin to make the drying time less. No more going to a commercial laundromat for washing these huge comforters.

The out of the box claimed in excellent condition but has a large dent on the right side, that when it is in heavy spin causes it to pop and makes a huge noise. Other than that it washes great, easy to use and i love the compartment to put my pods and fabric softner in. Keeps it clean.

I like the impeller instead of my old washer with an agitator. My queen size blankets fit in easily with room to spare. The only feature I miss is being able to use tap water temp instead of cold.

I love this washer that washes so much at once. It can hold a lot of clothes and gets them very clean. Plus the app that goes with it tells you when your wash is about done. Plus a bunch of other things. It's awesome!!

It's a little quirky you need to make sure that it's leveled absolutely on center or it will rock. Highly recommend using the deep wash option for bulky items. It's a little louder than my previous washing machine so hopefully it works for awhile. The price is high though, $699....

The washing machine itself works great. My wife and I both notice that it gets our clothes cleaner than our previous one. I ordered and paid for this product over the phone, and early enough in the process to handle it appropriately, I specifically mentioned to the customer service person taking that someone else would be picking the item up. Unfortunately, that someone else would pick it up could not be accounted for, and so I had to cancel my first order and have a second one processed. Very frustrating - doh!

After our previous bosch washing machine started leaking water, my mom wanted to get a new one. She immediately wanted this one when we went to best buy. Im not sure why, she says she has an instinct for the best thing to get. Best Buy had it delivered and installed very smoothly. However, when we first started using it, it would vibrate violently and move around if we used the bulky setting. It also makes different noises when compared to our previous machine. However, after switching to normal wash mode, the vibrating stopped and now is fine. We were thinking of returning it but thankfully it “behaves” now and washes our clothes fine.

The machine has done a good job washing clothes. I like that a large comforter fits. I'm still learning the settings. The motor is noisier than I expected.

Very large washer, I could easily put a king size comforter in to wash. completes cycle in approx. 45 min. Clothes come out clean.

Love the deep fill option…I feel that the extra water helps clean my clothes. May need to call to get it serviced because the drum “thumps” against the sides when washing sheets or towels. It self corrects after a few spins but it shouldn’t do that to begin with. If they can fix this issue, I would give it 5 stars.
