It would be nice to have a delicate and a small load available on the face of the washer instead of just in download mode. Overall, it’s a good washing machine. It just depends on what you’re looking for and I do like that it notifies me on my LG app when the load is finished.

It’s a bit embarrassing when company is here.

Posted .Hello- We are happy to hear your washer is working well and cleaning your clothes. However, we are sorry you're having this experience with your being extra loud. It may be getting out of balance. All GE Appliances washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch. During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal. Note: The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. We have some Anti-Vibration Pads that may help with this issue. Please check our site for these or reach out to our GE Parts team. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. So much room!!! Saves me time ,I only do 1 load of wash a week instead of 2 or 3!!!

However i love my new washer and dryer! The app is a bonus so it notifies me when its done and alerts me if i forget. Highly recommend this brand.

Perfect for out baby on the way!!! We specifically looked for a sanitation cycle for babies clothing and I’m in love with the feature . Drys the clothes so well and very strong. Needs minimal time for delicates as it a sting dryer . Color is also great. Easy to wipe and keep clean .
