It gets everything so clean and has a cycle for almost everything. The app was super easy to set up and I love getting alerts when my laundry is done. It's really helpful for someone like me who often forgets about the laundry. This is perfect for my growing family!

Had a little difficulty understanding the guide, but once I had it figured out, all was ok. Only one slightly negative - the machine is somewhat noisy.

The GE works; however, not to keen on the way the machine turns on when you open the lid to just remove clothes - guess it's a minor inconvenience. Will just have to get use to the change and how the settings are different. Otherwise, it works fine so far.

My previous washer was 14 years old. That said as with any GE appliance I have owned, it was easy to use after reading the book and I am very happy with it.

You can only have a fulfill. If you have it on bulky it never let you know when your washer is done. Just the worst one I’ve ever bought. I’ll never buy another one.

We recommend checking to make sure that your unit is completely level to the ground, as this can help tremendously with balancing the load and prevent excessive vibrations. It also helps with the sensor and detecting the soil level, which relates to cycles knowing when to end. This does that pretty well. It has many settings to accommodate different types of loads you might have. It seems to have no problem washing blankets, sheets and other heavy items. The question is, how long will it last? Only time will tell.

Sad GE washer broke down

I take care of my appliances and they last a long time. However, I was surprised the washer broke down and not even a complete month with it.

Not worth the price

I was not impressed by it's performance. It's loud and because there's no agitator in the middle, it's always moving around during the spin cycle. I regret buying it. I have had it hooked up for a month and it already stopped working. It won't unlock or turn on. I tried to call Geek Squad at my local store but it just rang and rang so I'll just go there tomorrow.
