It has good features. My wife doesn't like that when you save 'My Cycle' it defaults to that over the standard cycle settings when you turn the knob and select a cycle (e.g. Normal, Jeans, etc). The thing we dislike the most is it's very finicky when you have small loads-- it gets out of balance on the spin cycle... and yes, we've leveled the machine.

Posted .We appreciate your honest review! The My Cycle feature has various options that your wife may find helpful. We suggest referring to page 14 of the owner's manual (available online) for additional tips on using this feature. When the washer displays an out-of-balance load, it means that after the wash cycle was complete, the items in the load were no longer evenly distributed enough in the tub to allow the spin out of the water. Manually redistribute the items in the load more evenly in the tub, then resume your cycle by pressing START or select Drain & Spin and press START. For best performance, please refer to page 18 of the manual for tips on loading the washer. We hope this information is helpful!

You can view the Owner's Manual by clicking the ‘From the Manufacturer’ tab and scrolling all the way down on the page. You will see a link that says Use and Care Manual.

I'm still learning all the choices but it is working great. I even washed my light comforter in it. It was on sale and comparably priced so I think I got a very good deal!

My wife was really excited, and was the one who made the final choice to buy this washer. The downside to it is that it is the noisiest washer I have ever owed. As it's washing it sounds like a cheap piece of tin. Very disappointed in GE.

On the deep fill setting, which I use all the time, it really does fill the basket. It also agitates well without damaging clothes. Just wish it had a warm rinse option.
