Coming from usuing older units i can say thisnis the most top of the line one that I’ve used. Definitely worth the money!

It has several settings to choose from and has yet to disappoint. It does have wifi so you can download the app (and works with other GE smart products) which I thought was a bit much as I don't need the wifi feature; however, if a part in the washer is messing up or broken, the app will tell you exactly what it is that needs to be fixed and the options/steps you need to take to get it fixed. I also suggest getting the extra BB warranty even though it comes with a pretty sufficient one, just because they will come to you before you have to possibly ship it out to get fixed.

Unfortunately is is so load, my husband hates it. I think it does a great job and provides many washing options plus and can wash my wired bras with no concern of damage.

Clothes rub against each other, but the clothing on top sometimes do not get wet. Big drum!! Can't fill it all the way Washing options do not allow you to choose water level. Drain hose is to short When the drum is unbalanced washer jumps all over. You have to remove/redistribute clothes until the washer is happy. A store employee talked me into this washer. BIG MISTAKE

The only thing that we think could be better are the soap / fabric softener dispensers, a little water stands in them after use and they are a little flimsy. we are very pleased with the machine overall.

I had to return it. It sounded like a jet plane and the swishing sound was very distracting too. Other than the noise it was a good washing machine.
