The only thing that we think could be better are the soap / fabric softener dispensers, a little water stands in them after use and they are a little flimsy. we are very pleased with the machine overall.

At times, I've had to manually rebalance 2 and 3 times. I'm reaching out to GE to see if I have a defective part. Outside of this issue, I would rate it 5 stars.

The washer is plenty big with great features. The dryer is fast with lots of settings. Definitely recommend.

Loud washing machine

New Purchase

The GE works; however, not to keen on the way the machine turns on when you open the lid to just remove clothes - guess it's a minor inconvenience. Will just have to get use to the change and how the settings are different. Otherwise, it works fine so far.

My previous washer was 14 years old. That said as with any GE appliance I have owned, it was easy to use after reading the book and I am very happy with it.

Big Ol huge washer
