In the first 3 months we needed to get the dryer repaired cause it stopped heating up. We now have the same issue another month after the first repair and it seems we may have a faulty unit

Posted .We are sorry to hear your washer is louder than you expected. It is true that your new washer will sound different from your previous model. You'll hear clicking, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. If you view page 28 in your manual, you'll see a QR code that you can scan with your phone. The manual can be found on our GE Appliances site and Best Buys site. Joyce@GEAppliances
