Posted .We are sorry to hear your washer is louder than you expected. It is true that your new washer will sound different from your previous model. You'll hear clicking, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. It doesn’t spin all the water out of the clothes on certain cycles. You have to put it on bulky and the pause it to change the cycle. Not a good product.

Posted .This large 5.0 cu. ft. capacity washer was designed with an easier access capacity. You can enjoy large capacity while being able to easily reach the bottom of the washer. We're happy to hear you're enjoying this washer model and we're confident it'll continue to serve you well for many years.

Wish it had a deep fill for the normal load. Don’t feel it cleans very well without the extra 3 gallon deep fill which all other loads can have. Also, no signal when to clean washer:(
