They left it because the washer still worked. They replaced it today 5 days later with a brand new machine. This is why I trust Best Buy with my business. HD would have tried to repair it. Been there, done that.

In the first 3 months we needed to get the dryer repaired cause it stopped heating up. We now have the same issue another month after the first repair and it seems we may have a faulty unit
